Illegal Alien Kills 10-Year-Old Boy & His Parents In CA – Suspected Of DUI

Another tragedy that shouldn’t have happened. Three family members were killed. Only the 11-year-old daughter survived. We have two Angel Parents who serve on our board of advisors. This monster created an Angel Daughter by killing her parents.

ABC 10 is reporting:

Ismael Huazo-Jardinez, a Mexican national, is accused of crashing a truck into the Pacheo family’s trailer in Knights Landing. The family was asleep inside.

“KNIGHTS LANDING, Calif. — The man accused of hitting and killing three people as they slept in their Knights Landing trailer is in the country illegally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials confirmed Tuesday.

Sutter County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Undersheriff Scott Smallwood said 38-year-old Jose Pacheco, 34-year-old Anna Pacheco and their 10-year-old son Angel Pacheco were killed Saturday night when Ismael Huazo-Jardinez crashed his truck into the trailer in which they were sleeping.

Mariana, the Pacheco’s 11-year-old daughter, was taken to the hospital in critical condition. On Tuesday her condition was updated to “fair,” according to Carole Gan, the UC Davis Health spokesperson.

Huazo-Jardinez was arrested Saturday night for a suspected DUI and taken to Rideout Emergency Room for moderate injuries. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail for vehicular manslaughter and felony DUI but was released Sunday after posting $300,000 bail.

On Tuesday, ICE confirmed that Huazo-Jardinez is an “illegally present Mexican national” and is now in the department’s custody pending immigration proceedings.

In the statement, ICE wrote that Huazo-Jardinez was previously caught by Border Patrol agents while in Arizona, and granted voluntary return to Mexico in February 2011.

Non-criminal aliens from Mexico are eligible for voluntary return, which means that the person admits that they are in the country illegally and agree to return as soon as possible.

ICE believes that Huazo-Jardinez returned to his home country but at some later point, returned to the United States.”

Two Angel Parents serve on We Build the Wall’s advisory board. Mary Ann Mendoza & Steve Ronnebeck each lost a son to illegal immigrant criminals. We need the wall so no more Americans lose their loved ones to criminal aliens.

289 Migrants Rescued From Big Rigs In Mexico – Most Have Chickenpox, Measles & Other Diseases

Published

It’s unknown how many migrants who cross into the U.S. illegally have diseases, but this is an example of what could be coming into our communities.

KVEO-TV is reporting:

“TAMAULIPAS, Mexico – The first images of a large group of Central American migrants rescued from the back of two big rigs in the state of Tamaulipas.

The group says they were on the way to enter the U.S. somewhere along the border. Most of the 289 migrants, including children, had chickenpox, measles, and other diseases. This according to Mexican Health officials.

The migrants were found crammed into freight compartments in two tractor trailer rigs. Authorities had to punch a hole in one of the containers to free the migrants. The group is now in the hands of Mexican Immigration authorities.”
