5-Time Deported Illegal Charged With Beating 4-Month-Old To Death

Absolutely sickening. This happened because of Democrat policies.

The Daily Caller reported:

“An illegal immigrant living in Tennessee allegedly beat a baby to death after discovering he wasn’t the child’s father. He had been deported five times.

Police charged the 33-year-old Honduran national, Jose Avila-Agurcia, with murdering the four-month-old baby boy and put him in a county jail, according to a Fox affiliate.

Paramedics found the baby unresponsive after his mother called 911 on April 12, and took him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The mother and Avila-Agurcia, her boyfriend, told police at the time they did not know what caused his death, but she later told police he had confessed to beating the child to death when he found out he was not the father.

The Washington Post buried the fact that the man is an illegal immigrant who had previously been deported five times in their report on the baby’s death, opting to go with the headline, “Police: Man killed baby after learning he wasn’t the dad.”

A spokesman for U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement told WaPo the agency has filed an immigration detainer.”

The Washington Post story is from a syndicated Associated Press article.

That article adds:

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Bryan D. Cox said Avila-Agurcia is an alias for Carlos Zuniga-Aviles, a Honduran national who has been deported five times. The agency has filed an immigration detainer pending resolution of the charge.”

Fox 13 Memphis gives more details of the brutal murder:

“Memphis police arrested a man after they said he punched a baby so hard it stopped breathing, court records said.

According to police, the victim’s mother called 911 on April 12 when her four-month-old child was found unresponsive. Paramedics took the child to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in extremely critical condition.

The child was pronounced dead upon arriving to the hospital.

The mother and her boyfriend, Jose Avila-Agurcia, said they did not know what caused the child to stop breathing, police records said.

More than a week later, police said Avila-Agurcia was developed as a suspect. Police said investigators met with the mother who said her boyfriend confessed he punched the child in the head multiple times when he learned the child was not his.”

We need the wall to keep these diseased criminals from re-entering the country at will.

289 Migrants Rescued From Big Rigs In Mexico – Most Have Chickenpox, Measles & Other Diseases

Published

It’s unknown how many migrants who cross into the U.S. illegally have diseases, but this is an example of what could be coming into our communities.

KVEO-TV is reporting:

“TAMAULIPAS, Mexico – The first images of a large group of Central American migrants rescued from the back of two big rigs in the state of Tamaulipas.

The group says they were on the way to enter the U.S. somewhere along the border. Most of the 289 migrants, including children, had chickenpox, measles, and other diseases. This according to Mexican Health officials.

The migrants were found crammed into freight compartments in two tractor trailer rigs. Authorities had to punch a hole in one of the containers to free the migrants. The group is now in the hands of Mexican Immigration authorities.”
